JUNIOR MASTERS

JUNIOR MASTERS

The Masters is arguably the most prestigious event in professional golf. Players at The Junior Masters are encouraged to wear Green as it is the color most associated with the event. The overall winner will wear “The Good Swings Happen Green Jacket” and be added to the exclusive list of champions. While this event is competitive, we want players at The Junior Masters to focus on having a good time and enjoy an afternoon of golf with family and friends. We ask that you play your best and abide by the rules.

JUNIOR MASTERS ~SUNDAY, MARCH 24TH

JUNIOR OPEN

JUNIOR OPEN

At The Lakes at El Segundo

The US Open is our nations championship and the most difficult to win. The Junior Open will be easiest to have a great time at. The Junior Open players are encouraged to wear Red, White and Blue as they represent The U.S.A. Conditions at The Junior Open will be challenging and while this event is competitive, we want players at The Junior Open to walk away with a smile on their face having played their best. Just because you don’t win the Open, doesn’t mean you can't win the raffle! We ask that you play your best and abide by the rules.

JUNIOR OPEN ~ SUNDAY JUNE 3RD

JUNIOR BRITISH

JUNIOR OPEN

At The Lakes at El Segundo

The British Open is viewed by many golfing purists as the most prestigious to win. Junior British players are encouraged to wear vintage clothing harkening back to a time when clubs were wood and hats had no bills. Think Payne Stewart and Ben Hogan. While this event is competitive, we want players at The Junior British to walk away with a smile on their face having played their best. Just because you don’t win the British, doesn't mean you can't go eat a bag of chips after the event concludes. We ask that you play your best and abide by the rules.

JUNIOR BRITISH ~ SUNDAY JULY 8TH

JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP

JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP

At The Lakes at El Segundo

The PGA Championship is the final of golf’s 4 Majors on the PGA Tour. The Junior Championship is the final Junior Major of the year. After a full summer playing and practicing golf, The Junior Championship will provide an opportunity to test out all that you have learned. The Junior Championship has been won in a playoff the last few years and we expect the same excitement in 2012. Do your best, play by the rules and most importantly have a great time. That is what golf should always be about!

JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP ~ SUNDAY AUGUST 5TH

JUNIOR/PARENT RYDER CUP CHARITY EVENT

The Junior/Parent Ryder Cup is a competitive match play event where a junior and an adult play as a team. Each foursome will be comprised of 2 teams (1 jr. and 1 adult) playing against each other to win points. Team with the most points gets the toys and books they no longer use donated to a local charity. The team that loses gets toys and books they no longer use donated to a local charity and get their heads shaved. Just kidding. The Jr./Adult Ryder Cup is the best because it encourages sportsmanship, routing for one another and being apart of a team. Always remember to do your best and play by the rules.
